My Weight Loss Page
I have created a new weight loss page to try and keep myself motivated. Overall, I would like to lose 15kg. I believe that’s a reasonable target. I don’t really have a timeframe for this, most likely by the end of the year or perhaps early next year. I will work at this by getting up and moving more, eating less and keep being positive.
Why should you follow? Or why should you care? Well really… it doesn’t matter. I am doing this for me as I would like to join the Police one day and to do that I would require to lose a little bit of weight. Plus this will improve my health overall. Currently, I don’t eat too well and I also seem to drink a lot of beer. Cutting back on that beer should be a great start to losing the weight.
I guess we will see how it goes. I will most likely get the craving for a beer every now and then, but depending on my weight I may reward myself as long as my progress is performing well.
As I am 176cm (5’9″) and I currently weight 99.7kg (220lbs) I would like to get down to 85kg overall, this will reduce my BMI from 32.18 now to 27.44 which is still considered overweight according to the Health Department. I believe I can make it.
